Hotel rules
- The hotel provides services according to its classification corresponding to the level of the hotel.
- The accommodation of the guest is always defined during the binding reservation and the corresponding price is charged to the guest for this type of accommodation.
- The hotel is only authorized to accommodate guests who have a valid accommodation reservation and who register properly. Guests are required to present a valid identity document, identity card or passport upon arrival, fill out and sign the registration card, and provide a guarantee before payment in cash or before authorization of the payment card owned by the owner in the corresponding amount.
- If the guest does not present a valid identity document (citizen card, passport), the hotel is entitled to refuse accommodation to the guest with regard to the Act on Local Fees for Czech Citizens and Act 314/2015 Coll. for foreign clients.
- Based on the confirmed order, the hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest from 14:00 to 00:00. During this time, the room is reserved for the guest, unless otherwise specified in the order. Possible early accommodation before 2:00 p.m. must be agreed in advance, at the time of room reservation, and wait for approval and possible pricing of this above-standard service by the hotel. The service of earlier accommodation is charged by the hotel, the price for earlier accommodation is 10 EUR/250 CZK.
- Guests who check in after the specified time (after 00:00) are obliged to inform the reception of this fact in writing or by phone in the event of a later arrival.
- If it is not possible to extend the guest’s stay in the room in which he was accommodated upon arrival, the hotel is entitled to offer another room or none in the event that the hotel is 100% occupied, or the rooms are blocked and closed for technical reasons that prevent the hotel could offer these rooms to the guest.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
GENERAL ACCOMMODATION RULES
- In the accommodation area, visitors can only be accepted from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. with the consent of the reception staff. Outside of this time, only accommodated guests have access to the accommodation area.
- In case of illness or injury to the guest, the hotel will provide medical assistance. The fee for the transfer and treatment is paid by the guest himself. The exception is the situation when the hotel is responsible for the illness or injury of the guest.
- Smoking is not allowed in all areas of the hotel. In case of non-compliance, we may charge you the amount of CZK 5,000/EUR 200. Hotel guests are not authorized to move any furniture and equipment and to carry out any interventions in the electrical network and facilities located in the room or in the hotel’s social areas. For safety reasons, guests may only use electrical appliances that are used for their personal hygiene (hair dryers, shavers, massagers, etc.) as well as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and similar small electrical appliances.
- Guests are entitled to use free wireless Internet connection via wifi in all areas of the hotel, including hotel rooms. The guest receives the password for the hotel Wi-Fi at the time of check-in at the hotel by the hotel reception staff.
- From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., guests are required to respect the nighttime silence.
- If the accommodated person under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances does not provide a guarantee of compliance with the accommodation regulations, he may be denied entry to the hotel. Repetition of this situation may be grounds for terminating the accommodation of such a person and termination of the contract by the hotel.
- In exceptional cases, the hotel is entitled to offer the guest accommodation other than the one ordered. However, this accommodation must not differ significantly from the one originally confirmed. Must be of the same or higher category. Exceptional cases include, for example, a technical fault in the hotel, emergency closure of the hotel, non-check-out of a transient guest due to ill health, and force majeure.
- It is not allowed to take any dishes or food from the breakfast room area.
- The hotel management welcomes any suggestions for improvement and also thanks for critical comments.
- Guests are obliged to familiarize themselves with the hotel rules and observe the provisions of these hotel rules. If the guest violates them, the hotel has the right to terminate the guest’s stay before the originally agreed departure date. The guest confirms his understanding of the hotel rules by signing the registration card electronically during online check-in or in person at the reception.
- If the guest has any valid requests or complaints during the stay, he can contact the relevant hotel staff, who will make every effort to satisfy the guest’s wishes.
- The hotel reserves the right to request a damage deposit of 5,000czk/200EUR in cash from the guest. If the guest refuses to provide the deposit, the hotel may cancel the reservation.
- During the stay, it is not allowed to use towels or other textiles that are part of the room equipment to clean shoes. A fine of up to 2,500/100 EUR will be charged for pollution. At the same time, this fine will also be charged in case of theft of any textile that is part of the equipment and is only for use during the stay in the hotel room
SAFETY, RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST FOR DAMAGE CAUSED
- It is prohibited to carry or keep weapons in all areas of the hotel without exception.
- For safety reasons, children under the age of ten may not stay in the room or in other areas of the hotel and hotel complex without the supervision of an adult. Their legal representative bears full responsibility for any damage caused by children.
- Persons with limited mobility and orientation and persons unable to move independently cannot be accommodated for safety reasons without the accompaniment of a responsible person.
- Guests are responsible for damages caused to hotel property.
- The guest pays for the damage caused by him unless he can prove that he was not at fault. This claim of the hotel also applies to damage that is discovered after the guest’s departure
DEPARTURE FROM THE HOTEL
- The guest uses the room for the agreed period of stay. Unless otherwise agreed and approved by the hotel in advance, the guest must check out no later than 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the stay and must vacate the room by this time. If he does not do so, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest for the next day’s stay, or at least part of it according to the hotel price list.
- Guests must hand in their hotel cards or room keys to the front desk when checking out of the hotel
- Guests pay for accommodation and services at the beginning of their stay according to the valid price list.
- If the hotel card is lost, the guest is obliged to immediately report the loss to the reception. In the event that they do not do so, the hotel is not responsible for any damage caused due to the loss of the card. For a lost card, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee of 250 CZK/10 EUR. The guest is obliged to pay this fee immediately.
